Description
Let us break in your nitro engine and save time and fuel in the process. Easy break in service (EBIS) starts out by completely disassembling the engine and submerging the piston, sleeve and rod into a hot oil bath. Once set up we will cycle the engine inside the bath for several thousand cycles. Measurements are taken before and after break in to ensure every engine is consistent during the lapping process. Once the piston is perfectly mated to the inside of the cylinder we then reassemble the engine to factory specs and ensure proper clearances for maximum power and longevity of your engine. We provide the highest quality work in disassembly and reassembly engine. As a courtesy, we set all O.S. Speed and Novarossi carburetors to Adam Drake’s Specs.

The break-in service is $50 per engine plus the return shipping or you can provide a return label.
Please make sure to include your name, return address, and email address inside the box.
I’ll need the complete engine and carburetor only, please do not include the exhaust or clutch system.
The turnaround time is usually one week unless I’m out of town for an event.
