As your nitro engine gets a few gallons on it may need a pinch. Resizing the piston and sleeve will extend your engine life and bring your worn out or tired engine back to life. It will help increase compression and seal for your worn engine. You’ll notice improved performance, better idling, and easier to tune.
After we resize the piston sleeve there is no need to fully break in the engine, but you will need to make sure and preheat the engine and also be conservative with a high speed needle for the initial running at the first 3 to 4 tanks. After that you can slowly ease your way back into full race tune.
We only resize engines that are .19-.28 at this time.
