O.S. Speed Adam Drake 3 (AD3) Engine Only
O.S. SPEED and Adam Drake have collaborated once again to bring you the New Adam Drake B21(AD3) edition engine. Adam Drake is a multi 1/8th Scale ROAR National Champion who is famous for his extensive knowledge of Nitro racing engines that spans over 25 years. The O.S. Speed B21AD3 engine has several updates from champion Adam Drake. Based off the B21AD2, the new features of the AD3 include a boost bypass processing for the crankcase that increases throttle response, helps the engine run smoother and makes it easier to drive. The new AD3 signature cooling head is anodized black and has blue outer rings that compliments Adam’s unique style.
The AD3 cooling head is 14g lighter and lower profile to help lower the center of gravity and improve driving performance. The inner head uses a new black O-ring to reduce vibration and improve dust resistance. The new backplate has a built-in thrust plate to reduce friction between the connecting rod and the backplate making the engine more durable and will increase engine life. The AD3 comes with two different carburetor restrictors, 6.5mm for Buggy and 7.5mm for Truggy.
You can purchase the AD3 as engine only or the AD3 engine combo set. It’s an excellent choice for both buggy and truggy racing as it provides a linear power band, exceptional fuel mileage and tons of overall power.

Introducing the new RD2 produced by Ronda Drake, the wife of world-renowned professional racer, Adam Drake. The O.S. Speed RD2 engine is Very PINK and unique to complement her signature colors and style. It’s an excellent choice for both buggy and truck racing as it provides a linear power band, exceptional fuel mileage and tons of overall power. The newly designed outer head has improved performance by reducing weight and lowering the center of gravity, adopting two-color anodized aluminum with pink accents, based on black, and two-color printing on the graphic on the outer head. Adopting a cover plate with a thrust plate to improve the durability for advantages in the races. Featuring a unique semi-long stroke configuration, this engine also boasts a DLC crankshaft with larger double tungsten counterweights and a unique cylinder design that’s exclusive to the Drake edition engines. By adopting a boost bypass processing for the crankcase, the rotation is increased smoothly, making it even easier to handle. The inner head uses an O-ring to reduce vibration and improve dust resistance. TB02 (2090SC) Pipe/75mm Manifold is Recommended for Buggy) TB02 (2090SC) Pipe/85mm Manifold Recommended for Truggy) The TB03/2100SC has a smoother feel VS. the TB02/2090SC has more torque. O.S. Max B21 Engine
For 1/8 nitro Offroad and 1/8GT MAX-B21 is easy to use from entry-level users to sports users and has excellent cost performance. Based on the O.S.SPEED series engine, it has a well-balanced combination of smooth speed and power delivery can be used in both on and off-road racing situations. The outer head is based on MAX-21XR-B VER.3, it has been reduced weight for better performance. Also the shape of the combustion chamber of the inner head has been revised to improve combustion efficiency and response in the low speed range. In addition, more stable idling, avoids stalling equals to easy carburetor adjustment.
